ESO LM Supply Operations Manager (m/f/d), NTO, Schaftenau, Austria30+ external active accounts are managed by ESO LM for key Biologic, Aseptic products incl. launch pipeline for Biosimilars with global footprint. As a ESO LM Supply Operations Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of a technology-based supplier relationship team with all key functions involved for a set of strategic suppliers.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for planning products manufactured at External Suppliers within scope of Supply Relationship Team
• Design and execute S&OP meetings with Suppliers based on frequencies outlines in the segmentation assessment
• Implement supply chain models that support business strategies, which can adapt to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies
• Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions of production flow
• Balance customer service level, production capabilities at external supplier, inventory level and operational cost according to budget
• Responsible for timely order fulfillment including organization and management of physical shipment of goods in collaboration with freight forwarders
• Maintain adequate planning & master data parameters (e.g. MOQ, Lead Times, order frequency) setting for active assortment in close collaboration with local master data management
Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:• Higher education in a technical, economics or scientific degree, APICS certification preferred
• Strong command of English written and spoken, German or another language (written and spoken) are a plus
• Several years of work experience in supply chain management, planning, logistics and inventory management
• Proficient knowledge in SAP, APO and PEP

The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least € 51.180,50 per year on a full time basis).
