Change Management & Implementation Lead (f/m/d; temporary); TRD Biologics & CGT, Austria (all locations, preferably AT, DE or SL)More than 1000! As a TRD Biologics & CGT Change Management & Implementation Lead (CM&I Lead) you will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee acceptance and utilization. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. The primary responsibility will be creating, driving and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee acceptance and utilization and fosters buy in.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Design, develop, and implement organizational change management strategies and methodologies
• Assess change impact, change efforts and define feedback mechanisms that enable development and improvement of changes adoption
• Define and implement change management processes, procedures, and mechanisms and apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities
• Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levels: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, acceptance management plan
• Consult and coach Project Managers and Project Teams to ensure change management activities are integrated into their project plans
• Support training efforts and closely work with Project Managers and Project Teams to develop effective training and onboarding strategies, programs, and content, including design and delivery of training programs
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications, including communication strategies, activities, and content
• Define and monitor risk mitigation and management plans
• Partner with Business project sponsors and teams regarding strategies and approaches and closely collaborate with business stakeholders and P&O Partners to align change and communications strategies
• Collaborate with Business leaders across disciplines, to effectively coordinate and design multi-departmental change strategies
• Manage the TRD Biologics & CGT change portfolio
Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:• >5 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Development, or a related industrial area (e.g. NTO, medical device development/ manufacturing)
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position with successful performance and record of accomplishment in managing and leading changes, including solid knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence people and move toward a common vision or goal
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Fluent English (oral and written)
Desirable requirements:
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. GxP) and Novartis specific standards
• Advanced degree in Business or relevant discipline (Master or equivalent)

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position, the minimum salary is € 62.146/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
